Death at Broadcasting House
Hitler is already
making demands vis-à-vis la belle France, as reported by the B.B.C., at
the very time (eight p.m.) when a production of Murder Immaculate is
readying for the air.
The victim is
really done in (thumbs up, signs the sound man), Scotland Yard investigates.
The scriptwriter
has two plays in the West End and another just coming through rewrites in
Brighton, The Lightning Conductor.
There’s an old
touring play to be considered, We’re on the Rocks, for a case of
blackmail involving the present leading lady, it makes for a sharp comedy in
deadly earnest with a rather spectacular cast.
